Co-op Gift Card Fundraising Program
February 22, 2024
Our fundraising program helps local community groups and non-profits raise funds to support their activities and operations. Whether you are raising money to help a sports team, youth club, charity or community project, Boundary Co-op is here to help! We welcome the opportunity to be involved and help build a stronger community through fundraising programs that enrich the lives of our community members.

How it works:
  1. Apply below to confirm your group's eligibility before your group initiates the fundraiser. This includes groups that have participated in our program in the past.
  2. Boundary Co-op will confirm if approved and will send a Fundraising Package.
  3. Pre-sell Boundary Co-op Gift Cards to your community supporters.
  4. Send us a summary of your sales using the request form included in the Fundraising Package along with payment for your total sales.
  5. Boundary Co-op will issue a cheque to your group of 10% of the total value of gift cards sold, up to a maximum $1,000.
  6. Pick up and deliver your Boundary Co-op gift cards!

More information and requirements:

Please note that someone on your fundraising team must have a Co-op membership to participate in this program, and that your group’s purpose should align with Boundary Co-op’s values.

Boundary Co-op, like other community-minded businesses, receives numerous requests for donations. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to review your requests and respond.

We work hard to assist in as many community organizations as possible, however due to the high volume of requests received, not all worthwhile proposals will be approved. Such a response does not reflect upon the value of your organization and the valuable service you provide.
