Members of Boundary Consumers Cooperative Limited and Killarney Cartwright Consumers Co-op Ltd approved the resolution to amalgamate.

Boundary Consumers Cooperative Limited held a special membership meeting on November 5th, 2018, to vote on the proposed amalgamation. Members voted 100% in favour of the resolution.

Members of the Killarney Cartwright Co-op Ltd attended their special membership meeting on November 6th, 2018. The members approved the resolution with 94.9% of the votes being in favour of the amalgamation.

The Board and Management are very pleased with both the results and support from our members. We will continue to provide quality goods and services to our members as Boundary Consumers Cooperative Limited. The amalgamation will be effective Feb 3, 2019.
